An eight-lot residential subdivision on Rockingham Road in Spearwood, Western Australia.

Our Role

Tomahawk Property acted as Development Manager. The role involved assisting the client in obtaining subdivision approval for the site, demolition, development approval, overseeing the design and documentation. The site was subdivided into 8 residential survey strata lots.

Outcome

The delivery of eight builder ready residential lots, which were subsequently sold and built on.
