The Project

The expansion of Trinity Anglican College includes the masterplanning of the main school campus and vacant Somerset Rise land. Stage One of implementing the masterplan includes the design and development of a new Junior School building, a Senior School building, a prominent Dance & Drama building, new sporting facilities, bus bays, maintenance shed and an upgrade to the site's current infrastructure.

Our Role

Tomahawk Property was appointed project manager, overseeing all aspects of the development.

Outcome

The development application has been submitted and design and documentation is currently being undertaken. Construction is due to commence in 2023.
